How Do I Register

Please telephone or call in to organise an examination appointment, we will take your personal details and ask you which dentist you would like to see, please let us know if you have a preferance.

Examinations can be arranged under the NHS or on a private basis. Detailed information on treatment plan duration and number of vists with costings will be provided for either NHS or private care or for both, if you choose to have a mixture.

Please call in at the practice where an agreement will be completed. This will require your signature and bank account details for the Direct Debit Mandate.

Direct Debits are collected form your account on the 8th of every month. Any patient enrolling before the 27th of each month will benefit from cover from the 8th of the following month.
