Our service

We provide NHS and private care for all age groups. The majority of our patients attend at regular intervals for check ups and preventative care.

We welcome new patients to our practice and aim to provide a caring approach. Please discuss any aspect of your care with your dentist or hygienist, also, our dental nurses and reception staff are highly experienced and will be happy to talk to you.

Emergencies

In the case of an emergency during practice hours, please contact the practice immediately. We will always endeavour to see a patient in pain on the same day.

If you require emergency treatment outside surgery hours, please telephone the practice where you will here a message detailing the specific arrangements for that day.

Safety

We take all necessary precautions to safeguard you and our staff. We follow recommended guidelines with regard to sterilisation of instruments and the disposable items, e.g. gloves and needles. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Complaints

If you are not happy with the response you receive from us, you are entitled to raise this verbally or in writing to the Primary Care Trust. You can get support with making a complaint from NHS Dental Services - the complaints manager or Patient Advice and Liason Services (PALS) at your PCT.

Patients found to have incorrectly claimed help with the cost of NHS dental care treatment may receive a penalty charge.
